QHS Residential Services have been serving London Borough of Hillingdon tenants since 2014. Our engineer team provide the following services for residents:

  • Annual landlord gas safety check
  • Heating system repairs
  • Maintenance and repair of communal boiler houses
  • Boiler recommission for new tenants
  • Gas pipe re-runs

We do not attend to any hot and cold water supply leaks. If you are experiencing a hot and cold water supply leak, please get in touch with Hillingdon Council repairs urgently.
