Many of Quality Heating Services (QHS) Clients, such as local authorities and Housing Associations with large social housing stocks, require access to one of our knowledgeable members of staff 24/7 so that their residents get the fastest possible response from a qualified QHS gas or electrical engineer, so whilst the vast majority in England on Good Friday and Easter Monday will be off work enjoying a well-earned break and long weekend, the QHS duty service engineers will be hard at work ensuring that residents who contact us to report problems with their heating or hot water systems, go without heat or hot water for the shortest possible time, thanks to our emergency "Out of Hours" call out service that is an option available to all of our Clients.
