QHS Congratulates Queen Elizabeth II On Her Platinum Jubilee
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in effect became Queen on 6th February 1952, after King George 6th sadly died, so that date marked the start of Her Majesty's 70th Jubilee Year as reigning Monarch, and what a faithful servant she has been to the entire Nation and Commonwealth throughout her reign.
The formal celebrations to herald this landmark achievement today on this extra Bank Holiday commemorate Her Majesty's Coronation Day 70 years ago.
Whilst the vast majority of us in the UK will no doubt be celebrating Her Majesty's Platinum Jubilee over the next two days, QHS's gas and electrical engineers will be on call working to deal with any gas or electrical heating emergencies, as we all like to have the use of hot water, even in June!
