Many of QHS's valued clients, such as local authorities and well known established housing associations (who tend to have large social housing stocks), expect reasonable access to one of our knowledgeable members of staff 7 days a week. The reason for this is so that they can ensure that their residents are able to get the fastest possible response from a qualified QHS gas or electrical engineer.
Consequently, whilst many in England between Good Friday and Easter Monday are off work enjoying a long weekend, the QHS duty service engineers are hard at work, ensuring that residents who contact QHS to report problems with their heating or hot water systems, don't go without heat or hot water for long, thanks to our emergency "Out of Hours" call out service that is an optional extra service available to each of our clients.
So whether like many of our staff you work during the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend or have time off work or to see family and friends, hopefully you have a genuine Happy (and dry!) Easter weekend.
