QHS & Harrow Council

QHS Residential Services have been serving Harrow Council since 2012. Our engineer team provide the following services for residents

  • Annual landlord gas safety check
  • Domestic boiler repairs
  • Maintenance and repair of communal boiler houses
  • Boiler recommission for new tenants
  • Gas pipe re-runs

Additionally, we assist Harrow Council with the following programmes

  • Central heating system replacement and installation
  • Carbon Monoxide alarm replacement
  • Void property check and decommission
  • Acquisition property checks
